  2. All copyrights and intellectual property rights related to the Free Version belong exclusively to the Company.

  3. Redistribution, sale, modification, reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling of the Free Version is strictly prohibited.

  4. The Free Version is provided “as is,” and the Company makes no warranties regarding performance, fitness for a particular purpose, or usefulness.

  5. The Company shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use of the Free Version.

  6. Commercial use, business use, or continued use requires a separate license agreement designated by the Company.
