ต่อบุคคลที่สาม2) คุณไม่สามารถแก้ไข เปลี่ยนแปลง หรือทำวิศวกรรมย้อนกลับซอฟต์แวร์นี้
4. การรับประกันแบบจำกัด
1) เนื้อหาของซอฟต์แวร์นี้อาจไม่ตรงตามความต้องการของลูกค้าทั้งหมด ดังนั้นบริษัท SYSTEM-I Co., Ltd. จะไม่รับผิดชอบต่อข้อบกพร่องใดๆ ที่เกิดขึ้นจากวิจารณญาณของลูกค้าเอง2) ซอฟต์แวร์นี้ถูกเลือก/ซื้อ/ใช้งานด้วยความรับผิดชอบของคุณเอง
3) SYSTEM-I จะไม่รับผิดชอบต่อความเสียหายใดๆ ที่เกิดจากการใช้งาน
ซอฟต์แวร์นี้5. ลิขสิทธิ์
ลิขสิทธิ์ของซอฟต์แวร์นี้เป็นของ SYSTEM-ICo.,Ltd. และคือ

กำหนดผ่านการปรึกษาหารือร่วมกันระหว่างคุณกับ SYSTEM-Iจัดส่งฟรีภายในประเทศไทย
จัดส่งภายใน 3 ถึง 7 วันทำการ
สำหรับประเทศอื่นๆ อาจมีค่าจัดส่งเพิ่มเติม นอกจากนี้ อาจมีการเรียกเก็บภาษีศุลกากร ทั้งนี้ขึ้นอยู่กับแต่ละประเทศ ในกรณีดังกล่าว โปรดทราบว่าลูกค้าจะต้องรับผิดชอบค่าใช้จ่ายเอง

This Agreement covers the software identified as: NC Viewer One-year Subscription.Article 2: Subscription Term
The subscription is valid for one (1) year from the Effective Date.Article 3: Copyright
The copyright of the software belongs to SYSTEM-I. The license grants usage rights, but ownership remains with SYSTEM-I.Article 4: Prohibited Use
The Licensee may not:Remove copyright notices
Distribute, resell, or share the software
Use the software for commercial purposes
Article 5: Disclaimer
The software is provided “as is,” with no warranty for errors, specific purposes, or third-party rights infringement. SYSTEM-I is not liable for any damages.Article 6: Termination
The license ends if:The subscription term expires
The Licensee violates the Agreement. The Licensee must stop using the software and delete all copies upon termination.
Article 7: Payment
The Licensee agrees to pay 12,000 Thai Baht (฿) per item. Payment must be made within 30 days via bank transfer or credit card.Article 8: Shipping & Receiving
The Licensor covers shipping costs. The Licensee must inspect the product within 10 business days. Local taxes and duties are the Licensee’s responsibility. Delays due to force majeure are not the Licensor's responsibility.Article 9: Support & Updates
The Licensor will provide updates and support during the subscription period.Article 10: Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by Thai law.Article 11: Dispute Resolution
Disputes will be resolved through negotiation, or if needed, court proceedings.Article 12: Agreement Acceptance
By purchasing the software and completing the payment, the purchaser is deemed to have agreed to all terms of this agreement. The completion of the payment serves as the signature, and the contract is considered effective.
Article 13: Entire Agreement
This Agreement supersedes all prior agreements.Effective Date: Purchase date

Licensee: Purchaser- Once your payment is completed, we will send you a confirmation email. If there are no issues with the order details, the product will be shipped within 3–7 business days. Outside of Thailand, within 15 days.
- Upon receiving the product, please follow the instructions provided in the enclosed documents to begin using the software.
- You can review the details of your purchase and subscription status via your My Page.
